Order Processing
Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch. We aim to process orders as promptly as possible, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.
Standard Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R29 per order.
Please allow approximately 3–4 business days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations and circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
By Jupiter cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied when placing an order.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe that a parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.
Please retain the packaging and, where possible, take photographs of any visible damage to the parcel and its contents.
